Terms of use

BitGab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the app for its intended purpose. BitGab's client and server are proprietary and closed source. No source code is licensed, and no open-source licence applies to first-party code.

You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law says you may. You are responsible for the device you install it on and for the people you communicate with.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and this site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use them at your own risk.

No third-party audit exists, and BitGab does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001, or any other certification. The published fingerprints and checksums let you verify the artifact, not the server's conduct.

There is no SLA, no uptime guarantee, and no response-time commitment. A paid pilot is an evaluation, not a production service commitment. The 12-hour retention window is a product property, not an availability guarantee.

You are responsible for complying with applicable export-control and sanctions laws. Do not use, download, or export the app where that would be unlawful. BitGab may decline a pilot or order where compliance requires it.

Governing law is to be set by the signed contract. This page does not name a jurisdiction. If a signed pilot or edition agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

These terms may change. The current version is on this page with the date above. A material change will be reflected in a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
